Tech Vault is an office space located in the vibrant market of Nehru Place, New Delhi, covering 1800 sq. ft.
The office benefits from a high ceiling, which was creatively used to maximize functionality despite the compact footprint.
The client, who deals in the sale, purchase, and repair of used laptops in bulk, required a luxurious reception area, three offices, an accounts room, a pantry, a repair space, and ample storage. The design needed to merge luxury with practicality and ensure durability given the office’s high traffic.
We leveraged the high ceiling to incorporate a mezzanine floor for the repair area, which requires primarily seating space. This innovative use of vertical space not only optimized the layout but also added a distinctive architectural element. The reception and offices were designed with full-height elements to achieve a luxurious and functional environment, using premium finishes while ensuring durability.
