The Souvenir Suite is a 3 BHK luxury apartment located at Experion Windchants, Sector 112, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. Spanning 3800 sq. ft., the apartment boasts spacious bedrooms with large dressers and washrooms.
A key challenge of the layout was the direct visibility of the living room from the entryway, lacking proper definition between spaces.
The client, a retired IPS officer, is relocating from a sprawling government villa in Delhi. Used to living in expansive homes with vast storage and abundant greenery, the family sought a home that would offer similar luxury in a more compact form. With a keen eye for interior design and a collection of artifacts from across India, the client was highly particular about how the home should reflect her personality and preserve her treasured souvenirs.
We designed the apartment to feel like a home rather than a showroom, carefully integrating the client's artifacts into the overall décor. To resolve the layout challenge, we introduced a partition extending from the accent wall, creating a subtle barrier between the foyer and living room for added privacy. This also helped define the living space, giving it a more cohesive feel.
