The Residential Office for CM of Andhra Pradesh is a 2100 sq. ft. space located at House No. 1, Janpath, South Block, New Delhi,
one of the most prestigious addresses in the city.
This dual-purpose space serves as both a residence and an office for the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, merging personal living with official duties.
The brief emphasized the CM’s grounded nature and modern mindset, calling for an office that is formal yet not overly luxurious or “hotel-like.” The design needed to reflect the CM’s public service approach, with a bright, uplifting atmosphere. The office consisted of four rooms: a security room, a VVIP waiting room, a VVIP dining room for visiting MLAs and MPs, and the CM’s personal office.
The client also expressed the desire to incorporate cultural elements from Andhra Pradesh, including artwork and custom design features representing the state.
