This luxurious penthouse features four bedrooms, two living rooms, a family area, a dining space, and a modern kitchen. The double-height ceiling and private pool on the balcony provide an elevated sense of openness and grandeur.
Our client, a fitness influencer and celebrity, sought a home that would reflect her unique lifestyle. The space needed to be impeccably designed, with every corner visually appealing for on-camera appearances. The key priorities were creating a class-apart aesthetic, ensuring privacy, and making the home an inspiring backdrop for her frequent video shoots. Privacy was especially crucial, given the regular visits from followers and fans.

To achieve this vision, we incorporated subtle mental barriers within the design to maintain openness while ensuring privacy for the client. These design elements create intuitive boundaries that help control access without detracting from the spaciousness of the penthouse.
The interiors feature bold, premium materials such as marble, glass, and gold, giving the space a distinctive, high-energy ambiance that mirrors the client's vibrant personality. A luxurious design studio was crafted with neutral, elegant finishes, keeping the focus on the client's movements during her shoots rather than on the background. Penthouse of Elevated Energy stands as a seamless blend of high style, functionality, and privacy, perfectly suited for a modern fitness celebrity.
